Consultation center

Consultations are provided at the Consultation center konsultavimas.gamta.lt (page in Lithuanian)*.

We invite natural and legal persons to contact us if they wish to consult on the laws and other legislation in force in Lithuania related to:

• environment, climate change, chemical flows, pollution prevention measures; 
• environmental regulation of economic activities; 
• chemical and preparation management, and water body protection and management policies.

* The Agency is not authorized to officially interpret laws or other legislation and application thereof, therefore we provide the opinion of the Agency’s specialists on the issue raised in the inquiry. Agency does not verify the data provided, the response is prepared based on the data provided. If a person provides additional information about specific factual circumstances not specified in the inquiry, the content of the Agency’s consultation may change as well. The consultation is provided in accordance with the legislation in force on the date of its provision and cannot be considered a decision of the Agency in a specific situation.
